    What about grandmothers rights
    I want to know if grandmothers have rights.I have tyred to solve the problem for my grandsons sake but his mother won't have it she still won't let me see my grandson.what advice could you give me

    Well what's the problem. Grandparents MAY have rights in a given situation. But not ALL situations. You need to give us some more information before we can help you figure out if you have any rights here.

    What state are does the child live in and what rights are you looking for? Visitation? Why doesn't your son have visitation?
