Signed a 7 acre tract to daughter and son in law
I signed a 7 acre tract over to my daughter and son in law and they were to sign 3 acres back over to us when they could afford to have it surveyed. They put it up for collateral on a house they built. Now a couple of months later my son in law has left my daughter with a new house, baby and new truck and doesn't want to pay her anything but a little child support. How can I get him to not end up with our 3 acres we were to have signed back over that he never got around to. His name is on deed, house and truck along with my daughters. HELP

Can you afford a good lawyer? Try your best, I hope you have something in writing stating the original agreement. Good luck on the outcome.

    Hello r:

With nothing in writing, you have a BIG uphill battle. Yes, you need a real estate lawyer.
