    What are you trying to download. Do you have internet and a browser, such as (Internet Explorer) or Mozilla Firefox?

    You can get lots of URLs and web sites which offers downloadable applications and tools

    You can preferably use Google to search for the application/tool you want to download and then proceed with the results given by Google.

    You can also use (Free Software Downloads and Reviews - Download.com) to download applications, browsers, tools and much more!
