A/C control board needed that an inspector never saw.
I just moved into a home, we paid an inspector to check the place out, including the central A/C.
The first time I turned on the a/c unit, it kicked in but the air was not coming out of the vents.
I needed a new control board which cost $400.00.Do you think the inspector should be liable for this?

No he didn't, but what's the point in paying for an inspector if he misses things... he also missed a huge problem in our sidewalk that cost me 300.00 but that's not the question.
