    Divorce in France
I was married in France in November 06. My wife was a french citizen and I am an American Citizen. We never lived together until she move to the US in April 07. She left in June 07 before three months were up. I filed for divorce in November 07 in France. It has been two years since we separated. Can anyone tell me my rights in getting divorced in France?

If you live in the US you can file for divorce here. It's unclear from your question where you live.

While you are free to ask, I doubt anyone here has any information on French divorce law.
