    Is there any difference taking collagen powder vs collagen tablets?

    Well no I don't think there is a difference in either one, however the draw back with collagen replacement is that it is only putting it in your body. However GRAPESEED EXTRACT helps to teach the body to produce collagen on its own, I worked at a health food store and the owner swore by Olympian LabsGRAPESEED EXTRACT, her skin was really tight and she was 69, and she said that before she started to take it her skin looked like a snakes, I suggest you try it! I have it for myself and am trying to prevent premature aging
