    Lead Based Paint Disclosure
I am selling a 75 y/o derelict house to a real estate company "as is". I faxed them a LEAD BASED PAINT DISCLOSURE filled out and signed by me. I faxed them a LEAD BASED PAINT pamphlet. They have not signed or returned the DISCLOSURE. Is it necessary that I go through the LEAD BASED PAINT DISCLOSURE with this sale?

Yes. Be sure to get the initials and signature at the closing.

It should not be an issue. Your disclosure is sufficient and you should get a signed copy of the disclosure at closing or don't close.

I say play it safe. The buyer will be right there - and signing a bunch of stuff anyway.

... be sure to get his sign-off on the lead paint disclosure form.
