Has to Pay, Not the dad
I had a DNA test done 3 years ago, because the girl began to look like ex-wife's boss. Test results.. child not mine. Lower court ruled for me to discontinue child support payments. Appeal court over-ruled and said I must conttinue, even though child has been proven not to be mine and I had no idea ex-wife was sleeping around. I have not seen child in over 3 years and do not desire a relationship. Is there anything I can do. I am disabled vet on limited income, but have to pat 700.00 month.

Get a good lawyer and go back to court again. What state are you in?

I have not looked up VA law, but many states do not allow you to challenge paternity after a fixed amount of time. If you were married at the time of birth, you are the legal father regardless of paternity.

Like Stina said... you are going to need a lawyer.
