I'm a prostitute- a clean one- but I was fired because they assumed I was on drugs
So as I was saying I am prostitute. I suffer from severe exzma on my face when I am under severe stress. I asked to have this day off but they said I had to go in. When I got there they said that they said it would be better if I didn't work there anymore because they feel that I am on drugs. I offered to do a drug analysis test, they don't want toi know about it. I am a recovering addict, a long time sober. I am on a relapse prevention program and I can produce proof of my skin condition. Most days I look like barbie but this one time I had a minor rash on my face I'm accused of being a current addict really upsets me. The establishment is a place that prides itself on its business way and they feel they are very professional. Could someone please tell me if I have any rights to demand my job back or because I am a prostitute I have no rights?

Is prostitution legal where you live? Because if it isn't your only be setting yourself up for jail time and all of your bosses will join you.
On a side note, I guess they didn't want a prositute with exzma because your only making them lost business and I guess your skin condition made you look like a drug addict. You were no longer an asset to them.

I wouild assume you live in a place where this is legal, So saying that without knowing where, it is hard to discuss labor law.
Assuming there is some labor board, you may file a complaint for wrongful termination.

I would say it's a question of employment at will. Your services are no longer needed so you no longer work there, for whatever the reason. You could have been terminated because you have brown eyes and your employer only wanted blue-eyed people.
If you have an employment contract or union, that changes things.

Yes it is legal in Australia. And it wasn't even bad exzma, once I had makeup you couldn't even see it. I don't know, there is no employment contract, but I'm annoyed mostly I am a very attractive girl with a uni loan to pay and I feel that I shouldn't have to find somewhere else where I am comfortable to work because these people make assumptions. I did the right thing by not giving clients my details to see them privately so why can't they do the right thing by me, I made an incredible amount of money with/for them so its not like I was not an asset to them, this establishment has over 300 girls employed and 30 were on that shift... Thanks anyway

There's a difference between moral/ethical and legal. I think you can see the difference between the two.
The answer to the legal question is that, yes, "they" can do this.
