    Employer volation
I was wondering if the following situation contains any employer violations.

I went into work the other day where I was approached by a manager in the front of the store to show me a rash I was discussing the day before. I told her I was not comfortable showing it to her in the front of the store( the rash was located on my torso and back). She replied by asking me to follow her to the back of the store so that she could look at it. I showed her the one on my stomach where she asked me to show her the one on my back. A half an hour latter I was approached by here again in the front of the store where she asked to speak with me and escorted me to the back of the store. She said to me the following: I really should not be saying this but I need to ask you to leave because we do not know what my rash is and she was concerned about 3 employees where she stated their names and medical conditions of which I was not aware of except 1 employee that is pregnant and she said that she was concerned that this person could lose her baby. She said she was sorry but I needed to leave.

In conversations I had with her latter that day over the phone she said that I needed a doctors note before I returned to work and again apologized but she was concerned about the welfare of another employees unborn child.

Have you been to a doctor to find out what this rash is? I agree with your employer.
