    Relative occupying my comp. room.
My sister has been staying with me with only an understanding that she was to pay $200.00 every 2 weeks, she has yet to do this for more than 6 months and now that I am unemployed I am almost at the bottom of my savings and I need her to leave so I can rent my home... She told me shoe found a place I said good leave, she also told me that she has mail coming here and she doesn't have to leave, again I have no lease and I will be signing a contract soon with a realtor to rent my home.I need her to leave and by the way she has 2 dog that I don't need here... Please advise me on how quick I can get her OUT.

Since she is not paying the rent she is suppose to, you can give her a pay or quit notice according to your state law. Then file a official eviction in housing court.
