    Pension cheques
    I have been told that as a divorced mother,I am entitled to apply for my ex's pension.
    Is this true?
    If this is so,how would I go about doing this?

    Depends on the law where you are. It also depends on the divorce settlement.

    Yes, how long ago was the divorce, and this would have been part of the divorce and property settlement
