    Collect car rental from uninsured
My insurance replaced my totaled car. I was not covered for car rental. The uninsured is of questionable legal status, a bum. Have his address and phone # , but fear problems. Can I file through the court without my identity?

    Thanks, Paparon

No, you may use an attorney and have service filed that way, but since this is a accident, they will know your drivers license number, address and more, since that is available on the accident report

    Hello P:

Even if you could secretly sue him, why would you want to? Bums ain't got no money.
