    Child support
    If name put on birth certiacate for father ends up not being father because DNA was done and he is not father can name be tacken off or does he have to pay support

    This depends entirely upon which state the case is in and how long the name has been on the birth certificate. Some states have a statute of limitations and some don't (some are also longer than others for those that do). Basically, we will need more information before giving you a good answer.

    Also just where did this DNA report come from ? Was it by court order ?

    When posting a question it's a good idea to browse around and look for similar questions. You may find the answer already posted. Or you may at least know better how to ask the question.

    As you can see from your previous responses you did not give us enough info to answer your question. Had you browsed around first you might have known to let us know where you live. How old is the child, how long the father as been on the birth certificate, whether he has acted as the father during that time, etc.

    First it can depend on where you are at. In some places if you wait too long you can not object to the listing.

    And you will have to file in the court to have it removed and the DNA test will have to be though the court from an approved lab.

    Child support may be due and have to be paid till the objection can go to court
