I'm on probation - I've been on probation since 9/12/2008!! I had a drug evaluation and passed my test. I lived in Somerset County, NJ I then moved to Hudson County, NJ. I then moved back to Somerset County and got transfered to an AWESOME PO after telling Hudson County about 2 weeks later! My new PO doesn't drug test me I'm assuming because I passed my eval. and the two swabs I recieved in Hudson County. I moved to Middlesex County, NJ and have not told my PO yet. I only hav eto see her this month and two more times in July and August. My fines will be paid off with this visit in June.

Question 1 - Should I tell her I moved?? Can she find out?? I just don't want a new jerk off PO in Middlesex County because 'I've heard about them' !!

Question 2 - Is there a mandatory drug test when being released off probation - because I have been smoking pot??

Question 3 - Do you think she may just let me off early because my fines and community service are completed???

1: Yes, you need to tell her your address. Can she find out?? Sure she can.

2. There's no mandatory drug testing when being released off probation.
