Installing custom shower, need to install cable drain overflow to go through 1 1/2 lite weight concrete, 3/4 plywood, tile and tub liner (membrane). Aprox 3 inch. Who would manufacture this adjustable drain?

This is my first post. I'm installing a new shower. After digging up the old mortar to put in a new shower pan I have the shower drain sticking out of concrete. I want to replace it. Can you suggest how I remove it? Do I cut it off and install the other one I bought. Any help would be appreciated.
