I am an easy-going person but sometimes I feel angry when I see something bad. My family see me as a difficult person who gets angry fast. I feel they hesitate to deal with me. Am I really difficult?

I was a difficult person to get along with until I had some counseling. This helped me understand why I was feeling angry and it helped to quell those feelings. I rarely get angry now.
