    Pelvic inflamitory disease plus pregnancy equals miscarriage?

    Yes, it can. It can also lead to infertility if left untreated.

    If I understand this properly, it depends on how far along you are. If you are early, it could cause etopic pregnancy. I'm not sure about already implanted baby's however.
