I want to see my daugter!
But my daughters mother has not been showing up to court when she is supposed to. I need her to show up because I want to see my daughter again. What can I do to make sure that she goes to court so that we I can see my daughter?

You keep going back to court and ask the judge to put out a bench warrant for her for not showing up to her court date. Do you have a lawyer? If not that would be a good start as well. He/she will know your local laws and what type of evidence you need and what type of filling you need to do in order to have the correct court hearing.
