    Tonsils removed in 5 y.o.
Ok... My daughter is having her tonsils removed on Friday and I'm trying to get items in the house that she can eat following surgery. I know Ice Cream, popsicles, and Jello... Any other suggestions... Remember she is 5 and is sometimes a picky eater. Any and all help is appreciated.

    Thanks!

Just a few ideas: soft foods... but not hot: mashed potatoes, noodles/pasta, cooled soups, pudding, Italian ice, milkshakes, things like Ensure for kids.

Hope she feels better quickly after her surgery!

My tonsils: a perculiar observation! [ 2 Answers ]

This is going to sound very odd but my tonsils have lumps/bumps and even holes in them. (I guess that's not too weird and wonderful as docotrs have seen them and don't seem worried) However they produce a white solid from the holes. It's about the consistancy of a small chewed piece of bread...
