    Leaking Wirlpool jacuzzi Tub
I have a 9 yr old Wirlpool jacuzzi tub. It is leaking into my dining room below. It only happens when I fill the tub up to jets with water. However it does not happen when I let water run normally like faucet. I have had couple of plumber looking into the issue but they couldn't find the source of leaking. Any help would be helpful as I'm tyring to put house on market.

Your tub should have an access panel somewhere which can be removed. The tub is plumbed with PVC pipes and you have a leak, mostb likely at a connection. The problem could even be at the pump or the pump itself.

Yes I do have access panel from my bedroom. It is very tight. What should I look for the leaking. How would I know if I pump is bed. As I said it only leaks when tub is full with water not when I let run water normally.

Use a flashlight to look for a leaking pipe. The motor should be right near the access panel. You may have to rip out more if not all the skirting to do the repair.

Thanks for quick response. Sorr but I'm not very sevy with terminology. What do you mean when you said removing skirting? May be it has to something do with drainage system that connects to tub?

Skirting is the faux wall around the front of the tub that hides the actual underside of the tub and the plumbing, it's the fascia you see when you look at the tub.

My jacuzzi is upstairs in my master suite. I noticed last night that it is leaking (drips) to the ceiling below, which is the dining room. Can anyone tell me how the repair can be made and how much this may cost me? Should I call a plumber or one of my area's jacuzzi dealer?
