    Setup Mode
    Is there a hard reset? Setup is locked out and I need to reprogram TV to edit out missing channels.

    This depends on the make, model and year of the television. If you still have
    Your Owner's Manual, see if you can use the instructions for returning it to
    Its "Factory Default" status.
