You should discuss this with your doctor, but I did read that a ketogenic diet (high fat, moderate protein, very low carb) which has a good history in treating children with epilepsy, has now been tried with older people and produced some promising results.

Don't try this at home. Talk to your doctor.

That's the point, they are now trying keto diets with older people. It may not work, but it won't do any harm, and it might reduce the number of seizures. But talk to your doctor and ask him or her to read the research first.

Here is a good site that might help

Support Epilepsy Treatments & Natural Epilepsy Alternative Remedies
Also balance your PH and your electrolytes.

Some B vitamins are great for migraines.
You might also try lecithin (found in eggs)
    Also Apple cider vinegar.

Also vegetarians need to make sure they get enough protein AND L-carnitine ( an amino acid).

Keep up with your doctor visits.

And why do you think medications don't work for you? Which ones have your tried,

How long have you been off your medications.
