    Where is the thermo couple located on a Whirlpool dryer? Mod# LGR4634EQ3

    Usually there is no t-couple on the newer dryers. They use a ignitor which is located near the burner.

    If there was one it would be at the location of the pilot light, but as noted they are not used in the newer dryers.

    So if you have one, follow the gas line in, to where it connects to the burner and look for the piot light location, it would be into the flame ( or where the flame should be if the flame is out)
