    visa waiver to employment
    I am in the usa on visa waiver, I got a job offer as a registered nurse, will I be able to change my status with the hospital producing the other papers. Thanks.:confused:

    visa waiver entries are not allowed to file for COS. You will need to return home to get a visa and re-enter. What visa classification are they looking to apply for?
