    Hello,

    I want to ask about my house in philippines my husband buy me a house & lot, all documents are fully settle, I have a deed absolute sale papers in my hands and other documents, I also have a original title but not transfer in my name yet! After I came back to philippines to transfer in my name I found that I'm not the owner and the title was fake. What should I do about it?

    Do I have a right? Even only deed absolutely sale in my hands and other documents

    The title was fake and it's not even after your name so you don't have any right at all.

    You may run after the seller and sue him for Estafa. That's all you can do.

    If you have documentation of a sale, but they were faked you have a cause of action (lawsuit) against the person who faked them. But no rights to the property.
