    Credit card judgement
    I have received a judgement I dd try and work with them but they wanted too much a month.. do not work or have car or house , if my name is on someone's account can they access that?

    First, please pay more attention to posting rules. This was moved from Forum Help which is clearly marked as only for questions about using this site.

    Yes, any account where you are listed as an owner is fair game. If you have not actually deposited money in the account and the true owner can prove it, they can get the attachment quashed, but they will still have their acount frozen for a time.

    First of course they may wait 10 years and renew and then wait another 10, so if during the next 20 years you get a job, they can wait to get their money, letting interest and fees add up all the time.

    And yes if your name is on an account they can freeze it, and the other owners will have to prove that it is their money not yours.

    Also if you put your money into their account, even if your name is not on it, if they trace your money going in, they can freeze that account also.
