Why do you ask that question then have a link to a spammy lawyer site?

    Hello mark:

There's NO difference between those two lawyers. Either one can do the other guy's job.

DUI is a criminal issue and usually handled by a criminal lawyer. Personal Injury is a civil issue and usually handled by a lawyer specializing in that aspect of law.

    And I echo NeedKarma's question.

The "link" was deleted since I saw no reason for it. Not related to the question

A DUI attorney is generally a criminal law attorney.

A personal injury attorney is a civil law attorney.

Lots of times an attorney can do both of these type of cases as the attorney is a "general practitioner" and does not specialize in any one area of law.
