    You have no speical rights because you are living together, but you have rights as a tenant under housing laws.

    If the house is owned by him, or if he is the only person named on the lease, he can give you a 30 day notice to move and if you don't have you evicted

    As stated the only laws on your side are those pertaining to housing. So, if he no longer wants you living there he can give you a 30 day notice and you will need to move or face an eviction. Living together (no matter how long) is not the same as having that marriage certificate, and in some states it makes more of a difference than in others.
