I have primary physical custody of my children and I want to obtain passports for them but there father is refusing to give me permission for there passports. Is there a way for me to get around this. I live in the state of virginia

You could try to have the court compel him to, but ultimately, they are his kids too and he is within his rights.

Has he stated why he refuses?
