I have a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with light fixture. The fan has black, white, blue and green wires. My ceiling has black, white, red and bare copper wires. I previously had a fan with light in this location that had separate wall switches for the fan and light. I currently have the green wire from the fan connected to the green wire in the mounting bracket. I have the black wire from the fan attached to the black wire from the ceiling. I have the white wire from the fan connected to the white wire from the ceiling. I have the blue wire from the fan connected to the red wire from the ceiling. The bare copper wire from the ceiling has a wire nut but is not connected to anything. The fan works, but the light does not. Can anyone help? Thank you.

It should work fine, check the switch, the pullchain, the bulbs, etc.

If you want to test, connect both the black and blue to ceiling black. If the light then works, the problem is in the ceiling wiring.
