    Copyright Law Violation
    I have created a website.I want to use mobile contents to serve free on my website.But they are copyrighted.Can I use them without knowing them?
    Or some sites told that the contents are the property of their uploader,but I can't find uploader.Please Help Me.

    If somnething is copyrighted you should get the permission of the copyright owner before using them.

    First, this site is neither a chat room, IM session or cell phone texting. We do not permit chatspeak here. PLease write in full words and sentences.

    No you won't go to jail, but the copyright owner can force you to remove the items from your site or sue you for their use.
