    Can someone tell me: is this right with electric code to hide gfi outlet inside medicine cabinet or it has to be expose

    Not sure about the code but it does not sound like a safe, smart idea.

    As long as you have the one required GFI protected receptacle serving the basin area you can add one almost anywhere you want.

    Hidden inside a cabinet does not meet the requirement of serving the basin area.
