    L1A Petition
    Hi,

I am applying for L1A and I would like to find some good acceptable answers for the below questions. Can anyone help me ?
 Why does the beneficiary need to be transferred to the U.S. at this time?

 Why can’t the employer place a lower level manager into the position?

 What will the overseas company do without the beneficiary? How will the candidate be replaced?

 What would the U.S. company do if the L-1A petition was denied?

    Thanks

Request for Evidence and Notice of Intent to Deny. the questions you pose are not from an initial filing of the I-129.
