Too many variables for us to give an accurate answer. Materials don't vary too much but you gave us no length of run measurements. I am also confused, are you saying you have an outside bath tub with hot and cold?

From Toms and Marks Timely Tips.
    6. It's difficult to estimate material and labor on your job without a wholesalers price list and the labor conditions, (union or nonunion) in your area so we don't attempt to do so.

It also depends on configuration of you're your house including accessibility of the fixtures to be repiped. Moreover, prices will wary widely from an uninsured, unlicensed handyman's quote to licensed plumber who carries Worker's Comp, Liability Insurance, Bond, and drives fully insured $50K truck loaded with latest tools.

Your best bet is to call several plumbers for free estimate. It will give you general idea how much you can expect to pay for the repipe.

One note, are you thinking of switching from copper to cpvc? If so, why. Or are you going from copper to pex. Overall, I just want to know why you are replacing copper.
