    Is it possible?
    I am married to an American citizen and would like to go as tourist when I go to the States with my child and my spouse would apply my spouse visa when I get there. Is that possible?

    No, that is visa fraud. Apply for the K-3 visa which allows for you to enter the US to then apply for AOS. Consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
