    Should I do something about this?
    Back in March of 08 I was at my father in laws house and shattered my leg, every lawyer that I have talk to said that I have no case and the insurance company will not pay, now I am up to my neck in debt trying to pay of the hospital should I do something about this or not?:confused::confused:

    You have no case. Your lawyers already said so.

    In addition to what steve said, what exactly do you feel your options are? Are you going to sue your father-in-law? What caused your leg to shatter in the first place?
