What kind of outlet need for these appliances
I bought a Kenmore 30 in. electrical selfcleaning stove 240v-60hz and a Kenmore Top Freeser Refrigerator when I had the appliances delivered they told me I could not put the stove where I wanted to because it did not have the proper type of outlet--what kind of outlet would I need to be able to hook up my stove?

If the current stove used a 3 prong electrical cord, that's your problem. Most stoves require a 30 amp four prong receptacle to mate with a four prong plug from the stove's linecord.

So you would need a double 30 amp breaker. A four wire 10 AWG electrical cable. Either an in wall 50 Amp receptacle or a 50 amp surface mount receptacle. The stove should have come with its own line cord. Look at the plug and count the prongs.

It also is wise to check the electrical requirements listed in the stove's handbook to get the correct amperage.
