    What would some sources of error be in a gas stoicheometry lab be?

    Temperature of the gas - very accurate thermometers required; the gas temperature may also not be homogeneous.

    Pressure of the gas -- very accurate pressure gauges are hard to come by.

    Gas Burettes aren't always well-calibrated.

    There are also fundamental problems in that real gases don't behave as ideal gases.
