High spee miss on my john deer tracktor
I have a 18 hp john deer it seems to cut out some or miss when it is at full speed on the throttle. Put new plug air filter fule filter still seems to miss a little on the high speed and the carb we took apart and cleaned and there is no adjustment on the carb... please help if you can. Thanks..

I was just out and ran it at high speed it seems to have a slight miss then you pull the throttle back to slow and it coughs a few times and runs a little rough at idle speed . Like I said there is no adjustment on the carb. What do you do? What dose the cylnoid on the bowl do? Help

My first step would be to drain the fuel, refill with new gas not from the same old can and then add a few ounces of SeaFoam or other good carb cleaner to the tank.

I have a John Deer RX75 that would only move at the slower speeds and to make it behave you had to put your foot under the pedal and pull up. I tried to adjust it under the seat and now it won't move at all! Can someone help? Apparently I know just enough about it to screw it up!
