FL resident working as a consultnat in NY
I am working in NY through an agency in NJ. For the first 6 months of employment they were decuting NJ taxes. Now they are deducting NY taxes as if I were a NY resident. Please let me what I should do. I would like to instruct my agency to refund my NJ paid taxes and deduct my current taxes as a NY non resident but I don't know if that is correct.

    Please advise. [email protected]

    Thank you,

    Confused and Broke
