How is my health? I feel that I am healthy but.
I'm a little over 16 years of age right now. I weigh in quite heavy, at 225lbs and at only 5'10"

On every assessment, I'm considered obese, fat, overweight, unhealthy or something similar. However, I don't feel that way. I feel almost the complete opposite. I run a 100m at 18secs, which I think is quite fast. I've run the mile regularly at 6-7mins. I play tennis about 3 hr a week and am on a swim team. I swim usually about 6-12 hours a week. I've made Age Group Cuts when I was 14, and due to a shoulder injury, I have improved little since then. Still, 1:02:83 for a 100yd backstroke is still decently fast. I have a 55:65 for the 100yd freestyle, and a 59:18 for the 100yd fly. These times are "BB"-"A" times, which are motivational cuts, that can be found on USASwimming. By anyone's standards, these achievements are quite good, especially for my age (though nowhere near Nationals). I played the No. 6 seed for my school's tennis team this year, going a 7-2 win/loss season personally.

I guess this is more of an opinion, but am I really considered obese? If so, why? I think I'm fit, but does that have anything to do with obesity? Could it be that my natural body mass is just bigger than normal? Do you guys have any options I could follow to lose weight? School's almost out, and I think I could work out at a gym soon. What workouts do you guys think I should follow and what exercises?

That would normally be considered overweight for that height.

You seem to exercise enough, perhaps you need to address your diet

Go to a doctor, don't take chances with your health.

My doctor just doesn't understand. He thinks I'm obese, fat, unhealthy, and weak, despite all my fitness achievements. He's like "go exercise." Well, I exercise at least 10 hours a week (unless I'm on vacation, but even then, I find at least 2-3 hours a week). I don't eat particularly much. I usually eat about 3 meals a day, usually with little carbs (my coach says it will help be burn off some fat). Yeah, I get sick like other people, have injuries and all that, but I always feel that I come back okay.

The reason those BMI calculators (Or whatever you're using) Think you're obese is probably because they don't take into consideration your muscle weight, Muscles weigh more then your fat. Although if you cannot see your toes then you probably are fat, If you're that fit then as I said before it's probably the muscles (Oh, and by the way, Many wrestlers are actually OBESE on the Bmi calculators even though they have six packs... Muscles weigh more etc... )

It sounds like you need to go to another doctor. If everything you say is accurate, height/weight, and exercise... against the doctor's comments... you should go to a different doctor to see what he/she says. Some people have larger frames, and muscle does indeed weigh more than fat.

Just see the doctor. If you want to be thin, then eat lesser fattening food and exercise more :]. But never ever skip meals :].

    Forggg,
Did you read anything above what you posted? This person has been to the dr. the dr. was pretty useless as their advise was basically what you gave (no offense). They already told us that they eat healthy and they told us all of the sports and exercise they do! I don't think lack of exercise and fatty food is their problem... pay attention to the posts before replying

You may have a health issue interfering in your weightloss like hypothyroidism. Definitely see a different doctor. This doctor does not seem to listen well.
