    No period and - HPT
    Got off my pills last month, and haven't got my period this month its 10 days late than its actual date as when I was on pills, I have cramps, headaches, I feel slightly disoriented and dizzy but it comes and goes, bloated , tender breast, tired, back pain, need to urinate more than usual specialy at night!, I've done 2 HPT's both were negative, in matter of fact I got a digital one the last time so its either Pregnant or Not pregnant and it was ~not pregnant~,, could I be pregnant? I'm so stressed out!!

    You have only been off the pill for one month. It takes a while.

    You see, the pill is a man-made hormone and it takes a while for your body to readjust to making it's own hormones again. It can take up to 6 months (depending on what pill you were on and how long), for your body to manufacture the natural hormones to cause a normal period.

    I used them for 8 months and they werenty that strong because I have migrane so I coudlnt bear the strong one,,

    You were still on for 8 months right? It's going to take a couple of months to straighten out your period. Stress will even cause a lack of a period.
