    Fight for my fiancé belongings
    My fiancé passed away a week ago he left me with 2 kids 8yrs and 6months we were leaving together in his parent house but his brother wants to take every thing that belong to him the furnisher even the car we been dating for 11 years so I want to know where do I start to fight for his thing

    You're going to need the services of a GOOD lawyer. However, fiancées don't have the same rights as wives do. You MAY not be entitled to anything.

    Get a good lawyer. Depending on what state you are in you may legally be considered married even though you never were. Also the factor that the kids were his? Then even while some of the things may or may not be determined to be yours - his kids would be entitled to something best of luck- what state are you in?

    Colorado
    District of Columbia
    Georgia (if created before 1/1/97)
    Idaho (if created before 1/1/96)
    Iowa
    Kansas
    Montana
    New Hampshire (for inheritance purposes only)
    Ohio (if created before 10/10/91)
    Oklahoma
    Pennsylvania (if created before 1/1/05)
    Rhode Island
    South Carolina
    Texas
    Utah

    Other States recognize common law IF the common law marriage began in a State which DOES recognize it.

    Need more info.

    Yes, we do. Now if we could only agree on our firm's name. I still think Judykaytee and her friend is good but I realize you think Excon and his friend is good.
