    Bankruptcy limits?
    Does anyone know if there is a min amount in order to file chapter 7 or 13 in the state of KY?

    Under the new bankruptcy laws you have to take a means test to see if you can file chapter 7 or 13

    There is a debt to income ratio plus there are exemptions amount.

    I mean how little are you talking about
