There is no such thing as "fireproof" wood paneling.
Building materials' fire resistance is "rated", so if it's fire resistant at all (and the stuff you have nearly certainly is not) you should see a reference to either "ASTM" or "fire resistant" or "fire rated", "flame spread" etc stamped on the material.
I'm not finding any reference to "Type II" being a reference to a level of fire resistance; I believe that is probably a manufacturer's spec on the type/style of paneling that it is.
... so in short, if it does not clearly indicate a level of fire resitance, then it is likely not at all fire resistant.
