    Can a child be held back if they are currently on on IEP program?

    If it is necessary I don't see why not.
    IEP's tend to place them in the level they need for each subject though. At least that is the way it is suppose to work.

    I am a biology student but till now I am undecided on my major for undergraduate I am hoping to do bachelor in bio technology so I am confused what to do? I have continue my biology bachelor in biology or I must have to change my major to enroll in bio tech..
