    I want to take my son to calforina!
    I live in Idaho and have my ex-husband, we have a 3 year old son and I want to move to California. I have no job here in Idaho, but there I have my schooling paid for and a great job. But he will never let me leave. What can I do to make sure he doesn't take my son away from me forever. All I want is a better life for me and my son what can I do please if anyone has anything that can help me though this thank you.

    Go to Court and ask permission to leave for employment purposes.

    Your request may or may not be granted, depending on the circumstances.

    If you ARE allowed to move it is not unusual for YOU to be solely responsible for your son's travel expenses to see his father.
