    Deporting back to peru
My husband married his first wife to stay in the country, he openly told me it was a business agreement but he really loved me I believed him he was in school for nursing but struggling with work and school both mom and sister were here helping but would soon have to go back to peru, I believed everything he told me I moved in with him shortly after doing so a neighbor told me that Edwin was only with me to put him through school I confronted him he denied it... but shortly after I moved in he quit working and just went to school with odd and end jobs at college telling me the whole time I would get to go to school after he finished, my husband also has a templer problem and liked to physically and emotionally abuse me my son called the cops on him once for punching me in the face when the cops showed up he told me that if I said anything he would do away with me... shortly before graduating stated to me when I asked him if he was using me like his first wife he said "Everyone uses Everyone"! Almost a month ago he left got an apartment and now lives very confortably on his own I had to move in with my son, also forgot to mention he stopped wanting to touch me over 2 years ago. This man has come to this country and is using anyone he can to get what he needs to advance, he does not deserve to be here... Please if anyone has any advise something I need help

Well you have been with him for minimum 2 years as per your post and have (I assume) been his green card sponsor.

What is his current status? Is he still on a green card through marriage or has he obtained full citizenship?

This doesn't seem to be an immigration question.
