    Giving up my rights to a child
    How can I give up my rights to a child when I live in another state and have no contact with the father who has the child and has married.

    You cant, unless his wife wants to adopt. Then it's their responsibility to handle it since their lawyer will need to get it done in order to clear the way for the adoption.
